Watsu:
Watsu is a pleasant relaxation and body stretching experience that might produce a deep state of transformation, both in physical and emotional levels. Water is not the only mean by which these relaxations are made, it is also the main therapeutic element which guides the instructor on their movements, thus holding its body and always controlling the communication between them, through the observation of the –almost- mystic relation that is naturally established between body and water.
